PSYCHEDELIC GROWTH FACILITATORS
Meet the Team
Erin Carpenter
Clinical Director | LCSW, Licensed Clinical Facilitator
I am a licensed therapist with more than 17 years of counseling experience, and the founder of Psychedelic Growth—a practice built on making evidence-based psychedelic therapy accessible and supportive. My own path as a cancer survivor, mom, and artist has deepened my compassion and understanding of the healing process. I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and addiction. My goal is to create a safe and grounded space for you to explore your inner world, reconnect with your purpose, and move toward lasting change.
Mary Beth Haas
Nurse Practitioner | Licensed Clinical Facilitator
I am a Nurse Practitioner with nearly 30 years of experience in family practice, women’s health and college health. I have found that traditional medical approaches to mental and emotional health can fall short of what people may need. Now, I work exclusively with psychedelic medicines to assist clients with mental health concerns, self-growth goals or deeper self-understanding work. Whether you’re navigating a tough life chapter or simply feeling called to explore what’s next, I am here to hold space for your journey with care and compassion.
Andrew Mrkvicka
LCSW, Licensed Facilitator
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 30 years of experience in clinical practice and teaching graduate students. My focus has long been on helping people heal from complex and chronic trauma through curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. I believe real change begins with safety and trust, and I work to create a grounded space where clients can explore their stories without judgment. My approach is transparent, culturally aware, and deeply relational, supporting each person’s capacity to recover, reconnect, and build resilience from within.
Jennifer Leonard
Licensed Facilitator
Jennifer received a master’s in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California, which included an internship in Chengdu, China. Her extended studies include a master's degree in Mind Body medicine from Saybrook University and a certificate in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy from Naropa University. She has been practicing holistic care for 18 years in a variety of environments including community settings, hospital based programs and private practice. She weaves all of these together to help her clients become more aware of their own unique healthcare needs, developing their own wellness toolbox and advocating for their self care.
Jennifer is teaching End of Life Care with Illiff School of Theology and volunteering with the Crestone End of Life Project.
Elizabeth Adams
LPC, Licensed Facilitator
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been working with clients since 2013. I have advanced training in EMDR, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Neurofeedback. My deepest passion is trauma work, which led me to explore the powerful potential of psychedelic-assisted therapy. Through both personal and professional experience, I’ve witnessed how these medicines, when used safely, can open profound pathways to healing. My approach blends neuroscience, psychology, and trauma-informed care.
